What We Provide 

Shung Kee Foods have built our reputation on providing top quality, authentic Asian fish products.

 

Our traditional products are Yudan (fish meatballs), Yubeng (fish patties) and Yuwat (fish paste). Our Yudan consists of two traditional Cantonese flavors, white (gently boiled to retain succulent texture), and fried (lightly fried for flavor). Our recipes strikes the perfect balance between the traditionally prized “bouncy” texture, and highlighting the umami flavor of the fish meat.


All of our products are made with real fish, very little filler, and is an excellent source of lean protein for all ages. Our customers have been enjoying our Yudan, Yubeng and Yuwat with their families in their noodle soups, stir-fries, stews, hotpot, and barbecue for generations.  Whether it is for a snack, or a family dinner, you will enjoy the savory, rich, and exciting tastes of our products.
